What is a Hub?
A hub is more than just a place to pick something up. It’s a gathering point — a place where people cross paths.
Throughout history, gathering places have been the heartbeat of communities. The Agora of Athens was where people traded, debated, and shaped ideas. The Grand Bazaar became a center of commerce and connection. Chaco Culture National Historical Park served as a place where people gathered for ceremony, trade, and community.
Different places. Different cultures. Same human instinct:
We gather.
Culebra works the same way.
When 10 or more orders come together at one location, I can bring the salsa directly to that hub when I manufacture. Instead of spending an entire day driving door to door, I can deliver one beautiful drop of salsa to a group of people who already have something in common.
And that’s where the magic happens.
I picture a cooler filled with colorful pouches of Culebra waiting at someone’s office, gym, neighborhood, or gathering spot. As people start or end their day, they grab their salsa, say hello, catch up, and maybe make a new connection.
The salsa becomes the reason people stop for a moment.
Who knows? Your future best friend, business partner, or maybe even your future partner could be standing there grabbing their order too.
Imagine explaining how you met:
“We met because of a serpent.”
“No, wait… salsa.”
“Actually, a hub.”
“Okay, fine — because of a guy from Vegas who studied French cuisine in Peru and decided the world needed better salsa.”
Whatever the story ends up being, Culebra is about creating moments where people come together.
A little flavor. A little curiosity. A little bite.
And maybe even a little love.
Buen Provecho!
